The Raveesh E24 - 2BHK Serviced Apartment

If I talk about this property, it is located in South Delhi, close to Qutab Minar, New Delhi. The apartment we booked for one night was good and offered good value for money.

The rooms were quite good, but the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to the mark—it was very dusty. Since we were just staying for one night, we couldn't fully judge the property. However, I noticed that the property charges for electricity at INR 10 per unit, which seemed very odd to me. This was the first time I had to pay for electricity while staying in an apartment. Otherwise, the location and area were okay.

Only the number of rooms, kitchen and bathroom was good.

There was no intercom in the room, one had to call the owner in his mobile, the staff were non-cooperative, my luggage was to taken to the room by me while checking in and the was taken out by me while checking out. No housekeeping of rooms on a daily basis, water was given only once, not every day, AC was not working then had to call owners and go down personally twice to fetch the technician, location is very shabby, no good restaurants nearby where you can sit and eat. Overall very very poor.

Very clean, especially toilets.

Only small con is the host needs to be a little more responsive.
