Budget friendly, privacy, best in all. Owner is great

Staff are very kind, the apartment was big and comfortable, WiFi is strong for remote work, the neighborhood is very quiet.

Location is very suitable

All are good .. the Ravi vai men behind the apartment and the good staff Pintu Sikandar whole House keeping team (those from Nagaland) security personnel are very very helpful and nice

Quite spacious, one of the bedrooms did have windows (and a balcony). The kitchen was very well-equipped (just maybe a microwave missing). ACs hot water all worked. Ventilation is good. Taxis come no problem (they say they don't want to, but they do). The hosts are always reachable on WhatsApp. There are many apartments and the reception is downstairs. There's even a washing machine downstairs. We were happy with that stay, the apartment is really nice. And very well equipped. And quite spacious. The balcony even had some view at a distant house.

Walls are extremely dirty, the kitchen extremely smelly. But compared to other properties, it's normal I guess. Except kitchen. The smell. I still can feel it, a few days after we left. You should really clean the kitchen. The good thing was a few hours after you turn on a vent fan (noisy like an airplane engine), it goes away. And 5 minutes after you turn it off it comes back :))
