The food was awesome, and the staff was very cooperative and humble

Cleanliness was the biggest challenge. Staff was not really keen on cleaning the room. There were flies and kitchen drain was stinking in the courtyard!!

The rooms were very cosy. It was home away from home feeling.

It didn't snow at the location, was hoping for some snow. There's nothing not to like. The staff was amazing, helpful, the food was just delicious and had that home feeling to it.

The facility was in excellent condition but it was the staff of Praveen, Suraj and Ravinder who were outstanding and made the trip comfortable and memorable.
