"Location was good but facilities are not sufficient"

Location is very near to masjid al nabawi.It takes just 3-4 minutes to reach by walk.

Intercom phone doesn’t work at all and not to able to contact reception.i have to go down every time to ask anything .

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location, very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi

The hotel has very limited parking facilities, and it was extremely difficult to find an available parking space. Unfortunately, due to the lack of parking availability, I received a parking fine while parking near the hotel

المكان فقط

تشعر ان الطاقم غير متعاون ماعدا واحد من الامن . العامل ال.... فتح الباب علي الحرمه وانا غير موجود وبعد حتي بعد ما صرخت فيه ظل يدق الباب واشتكيت وما سووا شيء . المواقف زفت الزفت ومافي اصلا وتشعر ان فيه متاح وهم يحجزوهم . ومافي فرش اسنان ولا معجون ولا قهوه او نسكافيه .
