@الموظفين تعاملهم جداً جاف ولم يتحلوا باخلاق المهنه ماعدى موظف واحد واسمه ثامر وهذا كان على خلق عالً جداً @نظافة الغرف سئية جدا جدا وايضاً الغرفه صغيره @ عدم توفر موقف للسيارات والمواقف بالواسطه فقط حراس الامن هم من يتحكم بالموقف اخذت تصريح موقف من الموظف وعندما أردت الدخول يقول مافيه امكانيه فيه واحد جاء محلك @ مافيه احترام للخصوصيه من بعد صلاة الظهر بداء العمال يقتحمون الغرفه وفتحوا الباب وكان الاهل متواجدون في الغرفه وتم إغلاقها بالترباس ضناً منا انه حرامي ولكن في النهاية اتضح لنا انهم يريدون ان نجدد او نخرج علماً بانه كانت درجة الحرارة 45 درجه @تم نفض الغبار من قبلنا وفؤجئنا بوجود شبشب الحمام أكرمكم الله تحت مرتبة السرير وهذا ان دل فانما يدل على اهمال النظافه وعدم تغيير مفارش الاسره بشكل يومي او عند استلام الغرفه @ اعطيناالثوب العامل المسؤل عن الذهاب بالثياب للمغسله والكوي من الساعه 12 مساءً ولم يأتي به وعند اخبار الاستقبال بالمشكله انكروا انهم اخذوه وعند المراجعه بالكميرا عثروا على العامل الذي اخذ الكيس وعند مواجهته اخبرنا بانه اخذ الثوب إلى بيته ولم يذهب به إلى المغسله

الغرف ضيقة جدا صراحة الحمام سيئ من ناحية الاكسسوارات و الضغط مياه سيئ جدا حيث الطابق 14

النظافه

عدم توفر مواقف السيارات علنا في الموقع مكتوب يتوفر مواقف وعند الواقف ليس متوفر

This was my fourth stay at Dyar Al Eiman Hotel, and once again, they met my expectations. The staff were consistently welcoming and professional throughout my stay. The room service team was particularly helpful and always greeted guests with a smile, especially Mr. Ali, who was exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional. One of the main reasons I keep returning to this hotel is its excellent location, which is very convenient for visitors to Al Madinah. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, and I received my room in less than 15 minutes despite the busy Eid period. The room facilities were good and well maintained, and I found the hotel to be safe and comfortable for families with children. I also had Suhoor at the hotel, which was satisfactory. Overall, I had another pleasant experience, and I am confident that this will not be my last stay at Dyar Al Eiman Hotel. I look forward to returning again in the future.

As with my previous stays, the main challenge was parking availability. The hotel parking area is often full, especially during peak periods, which sometimes requires guests to park farther away from the hotel. While this is understandable given the hotel's prime location and high occupancy, additional parking arrangements or valet support would further enhance the guest experience.

الموظفين سئين النظافه سئيه انعدام المواقف لاحترام للخصوصيه الامانه معدومه لدى العمال والموظفين

I stayed with my family. I realized very supportive cleaning staff especially Jakir Bhai...very polite and helpful..

Parking was not available..Security is not helpful.
