مساحه الغرف صغيرة بالخصوص اللي تجي بالزوايا تكون الغرفه على شكل مثلث بالنسبة للاجنحه مساحتها ممتازه ..

When we arrived which was the day before Eid @ 11:20 am I received a parking slip from the reception but the guy for parking insisted the parking was full I waited almost 3 hours and got yelled at that I should look for parking somewhere else I eventually found parking in a side street where had to walk a distance back to the hotel every day after that when I asked about parking I was told it’s full yet in the basement there was ample empty spots.

المكان جميل جداً ويبعد تقريباً 4 دقائق عن الحرم والموظفين متعاونين جداً

الغرف صغيرة نوعاً ماً وايضاً حجم السرير صغير جداً

النظافه والترتيب وريحة الفندق بكل مره ندخل فيه ترد الروح مره ما شاء الله وعجبني الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكيف ان لهم ملحقات خاصة فيهم يعني ما شاء الله الاهتمام بادق التفاصيل وموظفة الاستقبال ربى قمة الذوق والاخلاق ربي يسعدها ويوفقها ماقصرت معانا ابداً رغم الضغط الي عليها مع ذلك اسلوبها وتعاملها ماتغير مع الزبائن 🤍🤍

لو بس تتغير مواعيد تسجيل الخروج لان صراحة من 9 الى 1 مره تعب وارهاق 🥲

Reception was very friendly. Mr. Hassan was exceptional. Cleaning staff, a guy named Milon, I think, was very helpful.

They claim that they have parking but it’s available for only 5 cars and I’m sure you will find parking
