Very just indipendent house they converted as guest house for rent no lift till third floor

I would have given 8 stars if there is Little bit big geaser in atleast one of the bathrooms, a Stove in kitchen, minimal utensils to cook.

House owner asked me checkout 1 hrs earlier. House is not clean. He charged me 4000 rs for one night. Booking.com was showing 2300 rs but House owner charged me extra. The location is very far from Tirupathi railway station. Auto charge from there costs around 150 rs. It is not a good location to stay in.

The location is near to all tirupati temple like padmavathi, govinda swamy,iskon, srivari paadaalu, venugopala swamy, etc... positive side is, the person key handed over smoothly. No extra charges paid. The person Dinesh professional person to handle us and make comfort, extra bed provided..kettle for hot water so and so forth..from check in time to 24 hours check out is effective method (exp;if we arrive 2pm untill next day 2pm we can check out)

How ever the room is clean when we arrived but could find more dust in the window screen..No dustbin and one restroom were very very small, No services for cleaning on daily base untill we wind up we have to hold the dirt..wifi not connected.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Peaceful environment.

Outer to the city. No public transport, shops or hotels available nearby. We have to walk down nearly 1 km for any purchase. Lighting facilities on the road to the stay is very poor. Very difficult to reach during night time.

Property is located far from the city. House is spacious for 5 people.

It’s not clean. kitchen & bathrooms are not up to the mark. They are not cleaned and smell is coming from the rooms. Windows & curtains have the dust.
