Location, easy of axcess to main road bangalore highway. And nearer to Thiruchanuru Ammavari Temple.

Facilities are not much great, wifi is not working, there is no Fridge, Washing machine.

We did not get the room at all. We are highly disappointed with the booking.com. they made us to sleep in the footpath at Thirumala worst experience with property Owner's response when called them at there location.

Air conditioned rooms were comfortable to sleep. Additional mattress was provided with enough pillows and bedsheets which provided a comfortable night stay with family. When we had a problem with the first room (blocked toilet) another house was arranged nearby within half an hour.

Unfortunately in the first house provided we had a blocked toilet, this caused a good amount of problems to our stay. Another house nearby was arranged in half an hour by the hosts. One bathroom was decent size however the second bathroom was very small. Very difficult to close the door. Toilet was not very clean. Foul smell. In Kitchen not enough utensils.

The staff response and the ambience was good. Having a swimming pool is a great addition.

There is no wifi available as mentioned in the booking.com. As we travelled for business purposes it was troubled in attending meetings and working. Also we observed that there were a lot of insects gathering in rooms in the evening.
