I booked a double room with single bed and desk inside and I booked this property because it listed a shared kitchen. In fact, it is a bed and breakfast in a family but not a shared co-living or hostal. They put me in a small room with a bunk bed and a work desk on the terrace overlooking a loud street where it was impossible to do videocalls. This room did not have a real door and there was much noise coming from the living room. The kitchen is not shared and they only allow guests to use it after 9 AM (!) upon request. There is no garden either, no fitness studio either and no private parking either. When I talked to the owner about the inaccurate facilities, he didn't give the impression that they are willing to update the information in their listing. They put me in the originally booked room on my second day but it ended up being next to the sleeping place of their assistant who made noise during the night. Just a big disappointment.

Primera vez que abandoné un alojamiento temprano 1: La comunicación. No me dijeron en ningún momento como podría entrar. No me enviaron el código, y no es como que esperan para que preguntes cuando ya saben. Entonces a volver el chico de recepción actuó muy antipático que quería entrar El día después de la llega viene un mensaje automático explicando cómo salir… 2. Muy ruidoso que hay tráfico desde las 5am así que no descansé nada 3. Difícil encontrar 4. Te manden un mensaje diciendo tenés que pagar dentro de 24 horas de hacer la reserva o lo cancelaron, sin forma hacerlo. En realidad no lo hacen cumplir, pero por qué no borrarlo si hace tus huéspedes pensar su reserva va a ser cancelado??

Ich habe explizit wegen dem Fitnesscenter dieses Hotel gebucht. Es gab keins. Erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage gab es 2 Kurzhanteln a 10 kg. Das ist fast falsche Werbung. Es war schwer zu finden und ich musste sehr sehr lange im Regen warten, um einchecken zu können, weil niemand vor Ort war. Die Lampe im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert.

Decía parqueadero gratis y tocó buscar en los alrededores y pagar el adicional del parqueadero , el hotel no cuenta con parqueadero.
