Clean room with nice design

The room had no air conditioning and a blast of heat came towards me as I entered from the cool corridor. There was no air conditioning in the room and while the owner tried to remedy this by adding a fan/cooler this really was not enough. Opening the windows was not an option either because a) the opening system only allowed them to be opened a couple of centimeters and b) noise from the nearby main road/motorway. So unfortunately the main service for any hotel/B&B (i.e. provding a good night's rest) was not supplied. Additional small negative detail; I had informed the host that the email id on which I had done the booking was temporarily not working and had supplied an alternative for the arrival instructions to be sent to, but information was sent to the non-working email anyway so upon arrival I had to start texting & calling the owner (who is not located on-site).

Clean place, good stuff, and good position to tack yourself every where in Gothenburg.

Very spacious and clean room. It's very easy to go to the center of Göteborg as the tram and bus station is only 3 min away. Very nice and friendly hosts as well :)

I recently spent 2 nights at this charming small hotel. The place was immaculately clean and offered a calm, quiet relaxing atmosphere. While there was no breakfast service, complimentary tea and coffee were available, which I appreciated. Located about 20-30 minutes from the city centre, it provided a convenient base for exploring. The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city.

Nothing to complain

I must say that i was pleasantly surprised when i got there. The place was impeccably clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts Frans and Bibi were welcoming and loving hosts. The tram station was just afew metres away from the villa and this made my movements alot more seemless and hustle free.

The stairway is a bit narrow and steep.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms & bathrooms were clean and had enough space. There was a shared kitchen, which was fully equipped. The city centre is reachable by foot (~5 km), but also the public transport was less than a kilometre away.

The only thing that bothered a bit was the stairs to second floor (were my room was). The stairs were spiral & very narrow footing, so it was a bit of a challenge to get the luggage up. However, if you're traveling light, that won't be an issue.
