Sisään pääsi hyvissä ajoin. Sijainti oli erinomainen. Mökissä oli kaikki tarvittavat pienkoneet, mm. pesukone ja kuivauskaappi.

Keittiössä oli vähäisesti tarvikkeita, ei lainkaan esim taikinakulhoa. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut kuivauslastaa ja läpivientien tiivisteiden puuttuessa vettä pääsi seinän sisään. Saunanlauteilla ei sopinut istumaan suorassa. Äänieristys viereisiin asuntoihin oli heikko.
