The location is somewhat okay but not very good...

The hotel doesn't have the view they show on the app.... Small rooms.... Not well maintained.... Too expensive....

Clean and well maintained toilets and rooms

Street dogs sometimes comes inside the reception area and find it uncomfortable to sit in the reception

A little gem of a hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you, receptionists, cleaners, restaurant staff, yoga instructor Anil was fabulous and really helped us with alignment and in all postures. Thank you Anil 🙏 All so helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Food is 💯 %. Absolutely delicious and dishes recommended by the restaurant manager were out of this world. Nothing, everything spot on!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Very good room service and nice food in the hotel. Great location near many spas, cozy cafes and yoga studios.

Room was very cold even though we got a portable heater. Hotel is next too a big construction site which was very noisy during daytime.

Punyah residency was a lovely hotel with nice staff and a good restaurant that served vegan options. It was clean and comfortable and nice hot shower

The location is great; away from the noise of downtown Rishikesh and walkable to shops and restaurants. They also were helpful and communicative in arranging transportation for us.

I paid extra for a balcony room that promised beautiful views. Upon arriving, they even tried to convince my friends to spend extra on a balcony room. However, the view was terrible. There was a building under construction right in front of my window which blocked anything that might have looked nice. I did not appreciate that they tried to have us spend more money for something that was not worth it. Additionally, the weather was pretty chilly when we were there, and they tried to charge us for having space heaters in our room. It seemed that getting money was more important than providing expected services.

Staff was very helpful and always available.

The pictures on the website did not quite match what it was really like. The rooms are cold and the balcony rooms are are quite noisy. The view does have mountains, but there is also a large construction site right outside the window which kept me up all night.
