The host synaya smith was very unprofessional she lied about the bed being broke when I was advised by her that the bed was broke before hand. My kids slept on the floor so the bed wouldn’t be an issue. In the second room the mattress is completely worn out it was like a sink hole in the bed and the shower liners was the same from Nov last year. I would advise anyone who’s looking to book this house to not use this place. Not clean and the host was worst then the the beds and the dirty shower liners
USThe host was gracious and very helpful! It truly felt like home away from home. Everything was well put together and the extra little hospitality things made us feel comfortable to rest east and get things done on our stay that we needed. The location was perfectly peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

USThe property manager/owner scammed me out of my deposit claiming falsities after the fact despite doing a FaceTime walk thru and being praised for my attention to treating the place with respect.
USHouse was very clean. Quite neighborhood. Felt just like a home away from home. Everything that was needed besides the groceries was available in the house.
USWas in contact with property owner and let them know up front several times we would be arriving at 11:00 pm after a 5 hour drive. Was told to call when we arrived and would be given the code to the front door. Called, texted and tried messaging through the app. No pick up, no reply. Called Booking support and was told if they did not hear back from the owner within 45 minutes, Booking would call me with an alternative booking. No call from Booking or owner 2 hours later Finally had to go find a hotel at 1:00 in the morning
