Beautiful hotel - really nicely designed - breakfast was really good

Parking operated by external party, with 10pm curfew Hotel shuts gates after 10:30pm and does not provide keys to open them - you must call someone on the phone to come open the gate

Very clean, modern, lovely outdoor scape! A night includes breakfast, which is delicious! Staff is very friendly. Location is walking distance to many eateries.

No refrigerator in rooms, only one small wastebasket (not a deal breaker, but it would be nice & easy to have an extra one by toilet), 1 bottle of water (we used to make a very small pot of coffee, again, not a deal breaker).

Luxurious boutique hotel in the middle of Zitácuaro! What a gem. Loved the style, the excellent breakfast, relaxing by the heated pool in the courtyard, the friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. Beautiful walk-in rainhead shower in bathroom.

Room didn't have a window, walls are thin so could hear neighbor watching TV all night.

Impeccably clean, the room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff did and excellent job. It’s in a quiet street and was very peaceful at night. The room had high ceilings and felt spacious, a good shower with lots of hot water, all the fittings felt new. A comfortable bed with extra blankets for those chilly nights. There was a pool there too and the families with children really enjoyed that, the children spent a lot of time playing in it, which I’m sure the parents appreciated!

The room had no window, not even a slyly light, so it was a bit of a gloomy place to hang out after a long day at the butterflies. There was a winder vent in the shower that let out onto the shared courtyard. This courtyard was covered and other guests smoked there, right outside other people’s rooms, so smoke came in. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the desk salo gave me inaccurate information about how to get to the butterfly sanctuaries. There is in fact, no collection from Ocampo to Chincua. However you can easily get to El Rosario from Ocampo. Ask the bus drivers, they know. Also, the fruit bowl at breakfast used fruit that was a bit too old. I don’t blame the staff, maybe they’re told to do this, but the watermelon was so old it was falling apart, and this happened a few times. You have to be really careful with melon as the low acidity can lead to it becoming contaminated easily. Take care.

Well maintained hotel with comfortable beds and good size rooms. Good breakfast provided.

Not a big deal but a hair dryer would be a great addition in the room.
