Victorian Duplex in Burlington Mansions

The main building/mansions is beautiful, parking space very close to the building entrance. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious.

It's quite dirty and uncared for, lots of the lights don't work. Apartment door was difficult to open at first. It is not 3 bedrooms, the bunk beds are on the landing outside the master bedroom, so no privacy and could potentially be dangerous if children are sleeping there due to the proximity of the open stairs. Dirty sheets on 2nd double bed, we had to change the bedding! Downstairs shower had not been cleaned from previous guests. Kitchen was not very clean. Vacuuming had not been thoroughly done.

Great location, fabulous accommodation and lovely welcome from Andrew who was really responsive when we had a query. Nice gym and billiard facilities. V helpful concierge. We had a superb stay, thank you. We'll be back.

The property was just beautiful from the outside and didn’t disappoint on the inside either. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had plenty of room for the four of us. It was bright and airy and had a well equipped kitchen. We had one wheelchair user so this property was great as had on suite shower in the double bedroom with wide doorways and lifts to the property. The flat was a 5min walk to Boscombe beach and about the same to Chine Gardens. Parking was onsite at no extra cost and after explaining we needed two cars Andrew very kindly organised another parking space at no extra cost. The communication from the owner was great and clear instructions on entry codes etc. all n all we had the perfect weekend stay And would totally recommend this property.

I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

It was a 5 min walk to Boscombe beach. We heard no noise from other guests. Parking at accommodation was easy. The property has everything you need for a family break.

Excellent communication and nothing was too much trouble for Andrew. He was happy to answer any questions and help whenever he could. The young lads enjoyed the gym/ pool table. The apartment was extremely welcoming with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen/ bathrooms. Lovely location with a short walk to the beach. Onsite parking was a bonus.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 😀
