Victorian Duplex in Burlington Mansions

Location and the communication from booking to arrival.

Nothing, not many holidays can I say everything was GREAT

Quiet with regards to other apartments/floors. Lovely bottle of wine & biscuits/chocolate but would have preferred milk in fridge so could have had a cup of tea or coffee. Toiletries were lovely. Good sound proofing between rooms & apartments. Very clean Comfortable bed in main room, although creaky. Very pleasant owner (Andrew) & accommodated our earlier arrival time.

Twin room could have been smaller divans - parents kept banging their knees on the wooden frames & not enough space for bedside table to house water, lamp, etc. Main bathroom not suitable for elderly/limited physical ability people. No shaving socket to be found in either bathroom. TV in lounge small & ill positioned- would be better wall mounted for less strain on neck muscles. Not enough crockery, no pizza cutter, no instructions on how to use appliances.

Andrew is a brilliant host the apartment is beautiful with great amenities. Walking distance to beach.

The apartment was spacious, spotless and very comfortable with the lovely thoughtful added touches of filter coffee, coffee pods and biscuits. Communication from the Host throughout our stay, was good too. Great location. Allocated parking space.

The only very slight downside was the early start of the traffic, but it was a main road.

Beautiful building; parking on site; superb location (5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins walk to O2 Academy); apartment large, comfortable and very clean; super little sun-trap terrace in the communal garden; easy and clear instructions for door codes and key lock box; had email message on the day to say apartment ready and we could check in earlier :) Ideal for us to go to concert at O2 Academy and visit family in the area - more than happy to stay again

our personal preference - don't like machine or cafetiere coffee so we had to buy jar of instant but not a big problem

Beautiful old building, used to be a grand hotel, now apartments. This apartment on ground floor. Free parking , Good wi-Fi. Comfy beds. Good location, close to Boscombe pier and beach, also close to shops.

Could be a beautiful apartment but lots of little things not up to scratch, ( Kitchen floor lino ripped in places, cupboard handle missing, Silicone in kitchen and bathrooms needs replacing. Lighting poor with several of the wall lights out of action) Noisy neighbours upstairs coming and going at 3am, not the apartment owners fault but still a negative.

Amazing flat. Had everything u need for a lovely stay. Host was perfect in answering our questions prior to arrival. Flat Had tea and coffee, towels. Beds were comfy. Amazing location. We would recommend.
