"Good Location. But not clean"

Location is nice. Safe and parking also available.

Rooms are not clean. The smell is not good. Bathroom fittings are broken.

Even after the booking was confirmed they didn't answer the phone . And when we reached the place they inside the hotel and we knocked the door start calling them but no one showed up. Worst Experience I hv ever had . Disgusting .And the road to reach the place is not safe .

"Very well situated, super clean, comfortable bed and super friendly staff."

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was amazing (although very filling!). A comfortable room with bathroom situated downstairs and bed/balcony upstairs. Plenty of room and quite modern.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Wonderful and accommodating staff, great food, close to everything in Kandy (but still quiet), nice spacious rooms, and help with transportation.
