The property is in a quiet location away from the main road, yet close enough for a trip to the botanical gardens and for the train station. It is a budget property. The two rooms to the front of the property on the first floor are the best rooms. We stayed in one of these and if you choose to stay request one of these rooms as you will get a view . As is often the case in Sri Lanka it was the owner Dinithi who keeps this place running and she earned the star rating as I am a softie!

I do not want to comment, I think you need to see for yourself. Some tlc is needed.

I booked to HB package and breakfast included Rooms is good but breakfast is bad Overall, generally good.

This hotel beds and bed sheets are very unclean and breakfast is very bad

Conveniently located near Peradeniya, just a short drive from Kandy city, with easy access to the Royal Botanical Gardens and other local attractions and railway stations around the area. Friendly staff. The room was budget-friendly, and ideal for locals and backpackers looking for a basic stay. Hot water is available and basic room content was good.

The toilet seat of the room was not at its best expectation. Used it by adding sanitizer and covering over it.
