"Considering its low cost, I believe that the room is more or less acceptable for a single night."

Breakfast was okay. Location was acceptable.

Facilities in the room were limited. Washroom door was broken. There was no soap, toilet paper or any other bathroom amenities. There were no drinking glasses in the room.

There was very little to enjoy, only the mini-gym which had mostly leg stuff

Fungus on the walls, the mildew smell was very strong and there was no A/C remote so it was on full blast. The bathroom was constantly wet and the bed mattresses were extremely soft. No towels, toilet paper or soap were provided in the bathroom. The toilet wasn't even flushed when we checked in.

The staff were really amazing and helped us to organize our driver to Haputale/Ella as well. Property is next to a busy road, but quite narrow so the rooms are still nice and quiet. There was water station on the first floor and we were able ti make tea/coffee in the room.

"The room was clean, some stain on the curtains."

They serve a good breakfast. Nice accommodation. Bed was comfy and room had plenty of storage space and a nice hot shower. AC was an added bonus.
