The staff, particularly Nuwan, Sugath and Lakni were all wonderful; very friendly, helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic to please and help with any need. The rooms were excellent; comfortable beds, clean, the water was hot, the tv worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with unlimited tea and coffee. And the location was great.

The shower was warm and had enough water pressure.

The worst place my girlfriend and I stayed during a month of traveling in Sri Lanka! At arrival the host asked us to cancel the booking to cheat booking.com. Whilst standing in front of the room it was "cleaned" for us which meant a quick water spraying of the bathroom. The "self prepared" dinner was ordered at a local shop and sold to us extremely overpriced with a bottle of water which wasn't free like they made it seem. The included breakfast was even more disappointing: Some toasts held together by butter and sugar. At checkout the host charged quite a bit more Rupees than the correct amount of Dollars would be. Stay away!

Location is good But service is very bad Offered for breakfast six double slices of bread with butter & milk tea only. They don’t asked about the sugar added or not. They don’t asked are ready for bed tea with bread. Only they planned what they wanted not to customers request or customers satisfy, No any type of services. They don’t care about the customers They only follow the there’s income. No respect to customers I already completed to them But they don’t care about the customers Rooms Cleanest and condition as very low. Bath room cleanest also very low. But they changed there amount’s

Location is good

Exceeded very expectation. A beautiful place to be, very clean and really central (without any street noise). The food was delicious, service extremely attentive and caring, even offered espresso coffee at breakfast without additional charge. Just all the little things that make the difference - these guys know what they are doing and it is really appreciated. Thanks!

Nothing

We booked this hotel in the evening and they approved the booking but when we came nobody was there and doors was closed we knocked about 20 minutes but nobody answer but lights in windows was on of this “hotel”. we also tried to reach them by phone on WhatsApp but also nobody answer they respond us 30 minutes later (when we already leave ) it was only one word “Hello”. when we turn back by our car was scratching one side get the message in our car because of the way to this place very tight and narrow almost impossible come to the car it was very dark so we wasted time to come there and get damage our car rental car it’s awful place not recommend anybody to come here !!!

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive. Overall a good place to stay in Kandy.

Pretty good overall, neat and clean, friendly staff. Such a great location, amazing staff, super nice and very kind. For being so central the rooms are spacious and very quiet - a nice haven from bustling Kandy. Super close to market, lake, great restaurants, and 15 min walk to train station.

Big room. Nice staff. Checkin later also possible.
