The most compassionate staff with utmost care, free environment and beauty. As usual I received hospitality. It is precious. I recommend this hotel

The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

The extra pillows were not very clean.

Clean spacious room with balcony and bathtub in the heart of Kandy. I like the friendly staff and the food in the restaurant is of high quality.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. The cafe downstairs had very tasty food and the location of the hotel was terrific, in short walking distance everywhere you’d like to see in downtown Kandy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and we had a great stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Delight Reach. The rooms were unkempt, the staff was unhelpful, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in poor condition. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

They don't give us room. They said they don't have room. I said I had the confirmation code. They said extremely sorry. Then we took another hotel. (They recommended another one ) Why this was happened? My wife is pregnant. We got so much tired to find place. Cash wasted on transport.
