Villa Benita II

Beautiful villa, very private and in a quiet area. Pool was lovely as was the whole outside area. Lots of great walks to beaches nearby, as well as a few local bars, shops and a small supermarket. Slightly longer (1.2miles) walk to the harbour and a lot more bars and restaurants and you are spoilt for choice. Karina who manages the property was very helpful. Loved it and will look to book again.

Nothing, it was very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed.

Alles ist mit viel Bedacht und Geschmack eingerichtet. Noch nie hatten wir ein Appartement mit derart perfekt eingerichteter Küche! Nichts fehlte. Vermieterin war im Hintergrund immer hilfsbereit. Alles war extrem sauber, WIFI funktionierte perfekt, der nachts innenbeleuchtete Pool machte viel Atmosphäre. Und der gepflegte kleine Kakteengarten sorgt dafür, daß man eigentlich gar nicht mehr zum Strand will. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The location was walking distance but just far enough away from the main tourist area to be perfectly silent, peaceful and relaxing. The host was fantastic and very kind and generous.

La casa muy cómoda. Puesta con mucho gusto . Buena ropa de cama y toallas La piscina perfecta para un chapuzon. .Zona muy tranquila. Karina muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos proporciono todo lo necesario para la playa.

Piscina más pequeña de lo que nos hubiera gustado. Colchon mejorable.

La neteja, la tranquil·litat del lloc, no faltava de res.

Nos gusto cada detalle de la villa. Decoración, equipaje, ubicación, todo muy limpio.

NOTE: This review is for Villa Benita I not II as the Karina kindly moved us in advance of our stay due to some landscaping work risking over-running at Villa Benita II. The place was perfect for the 2 of us with plenty of outdoor space. The location was perfect and very secure. Extremely quiet during the day and night. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Great walk in shower, Outdoor hidden utility area with washing machine and area for drying clothes etc. Great BBQ area with own outdoor sink and lighting etc. Garden nicely landscaped and great mountain views. Very Private. The Pool, although smaller than I expected, was adequate and lit at night. Exactly what we wanted.

Nothing I "Didn't Like". If I had to be picky:... The Main Bedroom had sliding doors rather than windows - Would have been perfect to have aerated shutters so you could leave the door open but close the shutters to let the natural air in at night - (Didn't fancy sleeping with the doors wide open). The Pool Guy gave us a bit of a shock suddenly letting himself in at mid-day one day in the week - would have been nice to have some forward warning. The property is paid for by bank transfer so If you're outside of the EU, be aware that the Owner's bank will probably charge an additional 15 Euros for the transaction (like many Spanish Banks) - My bank definitely does not charge for transferring Euro Payments (no drama but something to be prepared for and Karina did warn that might happen). The WiFi was very below average, slow, and temperamental - but with some patience could watch "the usual" TV subscription platforms, and stream music with minor interruptions.
