The location is fabulous, and the amenities are there. Plus, the staff, especially Xiaomei—I would like to mention her specifically because she helped me a lot. She planned and organised my whole Zhangjiajie trip as I was a first-time visitor. She guided me throughout, and she helped me at a personal level. I really appreciate her efforts. Also, breakfast was delicious, and you could find delicious Chinese food delicacies there, which was brilliant. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants peace and free time.

There is nothing to dislike about it.

Très sympathique Hôtel dans un lieu paisible avec vue sur les ba montagnes , tenu par une famille très serviable et très gentille. La gérante a tout organisé pour nous, parle anglais. Cuisine délicieuse 😋 sur place ! Nous les remercions pour leur accueil chaleureux 🥰

The host is AMAZING! She took such great care of us, feeding us, and the most amazing support in planning of our few days in Zhangjiajie once we arrived. Her hospitality was second to none, thank you! It’s also set in an amazing setting, quiet, beautiful and very close to the national park gate entrance which the driver will kindly take you to. The breakfast was huge and varied, a mixture of Chinese and continental. The evening menu was also great and well priced. The shower was hot and powerful. Aircon worked well.

The bed was not the most comfortable but was fine for 3 nights.

Familiär geführte Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer in einem alten traditionellen Haus. Die Besitzerin hat alle Touren für mich gebucht, was sehr hilfreich war und mich zum Park gefahren. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Essen war auch toll.

Ist etwas schwer zu finden und ein Taxifahrer hat sich geweigert, die steile Straße hoch zu fahren. Am besten man nimmt das Angebot an und lässt sich vom Flughafen oder Bahnhof abholen.

Truly some of the best food we've had on our trip. The surrounding environment is absolutely breathtaking — calm, natural, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. It's the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem. Xiao Mei went above and beyond in every way — supporting us with everything we needed, always with a smile. She's more than just a host; she's the heart of this amazing place. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel connected, relaxed, and well taken care of.
