Forest Glass inn

Tutto perfetto. Una famiglia meravigliosa che gestisce una struttura immersa nel verde, con attenzione e cura. Anche la cena era buonissima. Super disponibili e gentilissimi, siamo stati davvero bene ❤️❤️

The service was exceptional

Didi had difficulty to locate the Glass Inn and when they did they charged a Park Fee which is not correct as the Glass Inn is not inside the Park. Now I am struggling to understand what is going on.

Host eccezionale, supporto totale per prenotazioni, consigli, trasporti. Eccellente in tutto. Atmosfera dell'hotel meravigliosa e immersiva. Colazione ottima e cena idem

There is no sound isolation at all in the room, the location is hard to access even for locals, insects

Glass Inn is a beautiful picturesque property nestled in a mountain bamboo forest - the property is stunning with well tended gardens, ancient buildings and pretty views. Rooms are a unique blend of history and modern comfort. Xiaomei is an incredible host, so attentive and kind all the time, and her staff is fantastic as well. All of our needs and wants were met and we were made to feel right at home in the fun family-like atmosphere. The restaurant food is delicious and the location is perfect for easy access to Zhangjiajie park. So grateful to have found this inn.

We had a great stay at Forest Glass Inn. It was a unique experience living on the side of the mountain in the forest. The host Xiaomei was incredibly welcoming and helped us plan our visit to Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain.

Tutto. Siamo stati accolti da Xiaomi, che parla un ottimo inglese, che ci ha coccolati per tutta la nostra permanenza in hotel. Appena arrivati ci ha prenotati i biglietti consigliato i percorsi da seguire e accompagnati e venuti a riprendere personalmente. La mattina ci faceva trovare pronta la colazione e la sera al ritorno del parco ci preparava un ottima cena. Tutti i giorni cambiavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Davvero 10 e lode.
