La ubicación al lado del parque, y el lugar es muy pintoresco, se siente muy local. Tenian calefacción y calienta cama para los dias fríos.

El baño se filtraba el frio, las opciones de comida eran muy locales (esta bien, es rica, pero a veces se necesita algo mas occidental en el menú). El precio es elevado al lado de otras opciones más lujosas en China.

Eine sooooo wundervolle Gastgeberin, die zu allem mit Rat & Tat zur Seite steht, Empfehlungen gibt, Tickets bucht und auch mal selber losfährt. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der Stadt schön ruhig im Wald, jedoch nur 10 min weg vom Nationalpark. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig …

This was such a beautiful find at the entrance of ZhangJiaJie national park. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable, the food is homemade and nourishing, and the surroundings are magnificent. Xiaomei is a star. She helped us plan an excellent two days of exploration including ticket reservations and transportation, and helped make it all so easy. All we had to do was follow the signage and move :) I would highly recommend this stay for anything looking to explore this gorgeous corner of China.

This was such an enjoyable stay. Really felt like we were guests of long distance friends. It is a family run business and the staff were amazing, very helpful with planning the trip/days, booking tickets and finding ways to get around. Language is not a problem thanks to technology that helps with translating. The food was fresh and delicious. The location couldn't be better, feels like you are actually staying in Zhangjiajie park itself but without the crowds. The rooms are all very clean and styled well.

Xiaomei took care of everything for us, including park reservations, tickets for shows, accommodating our requests and changing needs, helping us out , carrying our luggage in the rain, and providing umbrellas when needed, and finally even taking me to a hospital and serving as a translator between the crew and me. She took care of our commute to everywhere we needed, made us terrific breakfast, and sat with us for explanations as our guide to the area. The hotel itself is a great eco friendly resort and is a wonderful place to stay. This was the best hotel in our 1 month and 12 different accommodations. It was much more than a place to sleep or stay, at was a cardinal part of our trip . We stayed in the rainbow units and they are absolutely beautiful.

Il cibo è davvero ottimo, il migliore provato durante il mio viaggio in Cina, casereccio e di ottima qualità. Infine, staff incredibile, super disponibili, ci hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro tour al parco, ci hanno accompagnato e assistito per ogni necessità. Per concludere, ci hanno regalato una fantastica esperienza per il compleanno di una nostra amica, senza che chiedessimo nulla. Davvero fantastici. Grazie di tutto a presto !
