We loved our balcony

Staff was really supportive and kind. They helped with everything and allowed me to check out late.

The bed runner was not clean; there were small hairs stuck to it, which had also transferred onto the duvet.

I return to this hotel time and time again, and I’m proud to leave a positive review every single time! This is a business that has managed to maintain an exceptionally high standard over the years — professionalism, outstanding service, amazing food, and excellent management by a wonderful family. Every time I visit Kazbegi, this will always be the hotel I choose!

Прекрасные хозяева отеля. Отель догфрендли, собак там любят, а мы путешествуем с собакой. Есть небольшой, закрытый внутренний дворик с прекрасным видом на Казбек. Останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз когда едем в Ереван.

It’s not our first time at this hotel. Very cozy place, amazing staff and location. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Breath-taking views from the room terrace. Plentiful and tasty breakfast (40 GEL, totally worth it). We were missing the owner’s dog this time 😊 She is a great company!
