Blisko centrum.. dostęp do osiedlowej Żabki

Opóźnione o godzinę wejście , brak sztućców( była nas trójka, a np. łyżeczek małych dwie.. drzwi balkonowe popsute.. nie przyjemny zapach po wejściu.. jedna kołdra za krótka, chyba dla dziecka..

"Dobre miejsce jedynie do spania, nie do przebywania."

Na wejściu mieszkanie mocno śmierdziało. Dużo rzeczy sie rozpada, sofa, drzwi od balkonu, telewizor sie zacina, szafki itd. Sypialnia byla spoko, wygodne lozko. Z łazienki mocno smierdzialo ze zlewu i prysznica. Lokacja fajna i sypialnia byla dobra, lecz oprócz tego nie polecam.

Mam wrażenie że właścicieli tych apartamentów tylko chcą zarabiać pieniądze, a nie zrobić naprawę drzwi do ubikacji, naprawić okna które są nie zamykaę się, włączyć ogrzewanie! Grzejniki są zamknięte i niema regulacji! Naprawić meble kuchenne! Prysznic naprawić!!!

"Ogólnie ok, ale mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia i konserwatora."

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Podłogowe ogrzewanie w kuchni i łazience bardzo przyjemne.

Estetyka, czystość i wyposażenie. Ruszający się kran, uszkodzona szafka, niewiele talerzy, okno balkonowew też potrafi się otworzyć i wypaść.
