Don't book this place

Place is dirty, can't check in on time, host doesn't answer calls or texts, cleaning lady not out on time, NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOILETRIES, Balcony absolutely filthy with old mop rotting in the corner, walls cracked, door frame of bathroom falling apart, balcony doors and toilet window don't close or open right and jam, dust everywhere, faucet very loose, shower not cleaned right (bleached it myself because it made me sick). Beds and sheets have a funky smell.

Very bad, I have to contact few Times with booking.com because ovner dont sent message

the mattress was dirty and smelly. there was no heating in the house, I had to use the oven to warm up because it was -15 outside
