"Really bad ruined our entire trip"

Really bad staff behaviour, they convey wrong details and then suggest that the problem is from booking.com end. The receptionists miscommunicate amongst themselves and then say that the customer is lying. The person incharge of room service shouts like a crazy man.

Exceptionally poor staff behaviour, never seen anything as bad. They are a bunch of goons running a hotel on the side

It is very safe if you are planning for a girl's trip beside just opposite of the resort there is a police station.

One thing we don't like is there is no renting option available for pool clothes you need to buy a new swimming suit for enjoying the pool. Per person- Rs.500 which I think is expensive so we bought swimming suits from the main market which was half the price from the resort.
