The view.

Loud and uncouth music being played, incompetent staff, especially the ones in the reception. Blood stains on Sofa of a Titanium Room; walls of the bathroom not upto the mark. Room not worth 8k. Should be 5k.

THE MANAGER TOLD WE DON'T ACCEPT CUSTOMERS OF BOOKING. COM AND THEY REJECTED OUR CHECKIN AND OFFERED HIGHER PRICED ROOMS, IT TOOK 3 HRS TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND THE ENJOYMENT OF TRIP IS WASTED.... WILL NOT DEPEND ON BOOKING. COM FOR ANY HOTEL BOOKING. MANAGEMENT OF BOOKING. COM SHOULD TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE HOTEL FOR NOT ALLOWING.

BOOKING. COM HAS NO CONTROL ON HOTELS AND THE HOTELIER ARE TAKING THESE THINGS VERY CASUALLY. THE BRAND IMAGE OF BOOKING. COM IS GETTING NEGATIVE.
