Pros Location is very near to beach which is good.This is the only positive thing.

1. Facility is not good. Lot of facilities mentioned in booking.com are not available. 2. This is below average and suitable for bachelors and not for family. 3. Booked this hotel based on the rating in booking.com with good expectation. But highly disappointed with this hotel stay. Please don't book the hotel only based on rating. below are few points to be noted. 1. Tv is repair and not working. 2.Receptionist Manish is harsh and don't know to speak friendly with the guests. 3.No 24/7 reception or room service. The reception looks like small shop and they closes the reception by 8 pm. 4.No security for this hotel. This hotel looks like Bachelor's mansion rather than hotel. 5. If any family looking for decent stay , then please look for other hotel with higher cost. 6. I booked this hotel only because of low cost and nearer to beach. But once I reached there I realized my mistake. 7. Not worth for money. I don't know how booking.com is displaying facilities for this hotel but realistically the facilities are not present (24-hour security Breakfast in the room Toilet paper Hairdryer 24-hour front desk Electric kettle).

The room is clean and spacious, balcony is nice. Service is good, staff are friendly. Just 100m from the beach

We went at 6 am with kids no washrooms are available even no waiting room where available.As u said we will make it avl.
