Calangute Sea Steps

The room had air con and was pretty clean.

The reception area was a little kiosk that was barely open. We got asked to send the money to an account by bank transfer which seemed odd and the receptionist was not very helpful - he was on his phone most of the time when we were trying to figure out how to check in. We ended up having to pay cash after trying to communicate with the receptionist for about 15 minutes. There was a little tuck shop that wasn’t opened during the daytime so we couldn’t get any water to drink (we’re from the UK so sadly drinking tap water is not an option for us in India). The location was not as expected. It’s really close to the beach but if you’re not interested in just sunbathing and partying then this is not the place to stay.

There is nothing to like So disappointed with the room facilities and staff behaviour with customers .

No TV, poor bathroom facilities and a disgusting smell , bedsheets were not cleaned properly and bad maintenance.
