Un accueil exceptionnel, merci beaucoup Franca ! Elle sait nous mettre à l’aise dès l’arrivée en présentant tout le logement et l’accès à la terrasse sur le toit. De petites attentions pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable : petite salade de tomates à servir sur des toasts avec de la charcuterie, de quoi grignoter le matin, du café et du thé!! Logement proche du centre pour explorer et profiter de Monopoli

Franca is an outstanding host, spoiled us with warm lunches and wines and even brought us cappuccinos. Rooftop view is very nice.

Nothing negative about this property in the very lovely old town of Monopoli.

"Lieve gastvrouw op een perfecte locatie. Schoon, maar sober verblijf."

De ligging is echt perfect. Middenin het centrum en vlakbij de zee.

De badkamer is heel klein. Eigenlijk te klein voor alleen een toilet. Er hing een douchekop aan de muur, maar dit zou alles nat maken. We hebben besloten niet te douchen.

Lage und Gastgeberin

Leider aufgrund der Lage (in der Haupteinfallsstraße / Gasse) sehr laut. Dachterrasse eher für Bergsteiger wegen des Aufganges möglich. Duschbadkabine eher fast schon unzumutbar.

"Terrasse qui vaut tout ...."

Emplacement idéal .... mais surtout le point essentiel : la terrasse .... vue incroyable qui vaut vraiment le détour. Franca très chaleureuse et serviable.

Le parking : nous avons dû trouver un emplacement à presque 1 km du Grotto. Aussi, les chaises de la terrasse cassées et pas très confortables

Sehr charmant im Souterrain gewohnt – mit einer super herzlichen Gastgeberin! Top Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone, dazu eine traumhafte Terrasse. Highlight: Frühstück und Kaffee to go als Geschenk, um’s am Dach zu genießen. Das Bad ist zwar wirklich mini, eher eine Nasszelle – ansonsten aber alles super sauber!

Alles sehr eng und nieder.
