Sehr netter Vermieter (spricht nur italienisch, Verstädigung mit Übersetzungsapp funktioniert gut), ist bei Ankunft vorort, Vermieter wohnt in Haupthaus, weitere Zimmer in Nebengebäude, bequeme Betten, sehr sauberes Apartment, 1 Flasche kostenloses Wasser zur Begrüßung, reichhaltiges Frühstück ( verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten, Obst, Joghurts, Kuchen, süße Teilchen, Eier, Brot, Marmelade, Nutella, ...), gepflegter Garten, toller Pool mit Kühlschrank (Getränke und Snacks, die man dort kaufen kann), Restaurantempfehlung des Vermieters: I Fortini, Via Acciarella 35, Nettuno, sehr gute Pizza für wenig Geld, ruhige Gegend, schlechte W-Lan Verbindung, freier Strand in Anzio mit sehr klarem Wasser, Ruinen im Hintergrund

Sehr viele Überwachungskameras im Außenbereich, vorallem am Pool (die einen per Bewegungsmelder verfolgen), Outdoorküche am Pool kann leider nicht für Selbstverpflegung genutzt werden, Vermieter stellt aber 4 Teller und Messer zum Brote machen zur Verfügung

Sono andata lì da sola, con problemi di salute che mi comportano una scarsa mobilità, i gestori sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili ad accontentarmi in ogni mia eventuale esigenza. Mi sono trovata benissimo, il posto è veramente bello e tranquillo. E per chi ha la macchina il centro è distante massimo 5 minuti. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che coppie che vogliono riposarsi.

The manager was very helpful with recommendations. The property is small and we'll maintained, makes for a nice getaway. As a B&B I hoped for a larger breakfast but it was contentail style cold food and pastries

The service that we got from Massimo was beyond expectations even though his English is not perfect, The place is super clean, everything new and in a great condition, the pool was very nice, we also liked the breakfast, I traveled with a family and we all enjoyed , I defensively can recommend that place!

Need a car to get to the town, it will be a little tricky to get to the town or the train station by foot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Rose B&B. The accommodation is in cabins in beautifully kept grounds, the cabins are modern and well equipped. Massimo, the owner, is charming and could not have been more helpful

Gorgeous pool, lovely rooms and fantastic hosts who were incredibly welcoming.
