"Relaxing, excellent service, amazing pool and value for money."

Massimo is a top host and a genuine, nice guy, his wife was also the same. They really made you feel welcome for the whole stay. The pool is the highlight for me, with a swim up bar and in beautiful grounds. Also the breakfast was superb. Excellent place to unwind and relax, ten mins into town by car and you have beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Only an hour from Rome this was a great find for the price.

I looked on the map before going and it shows a bus stop but there is no busses. I would reccomend hiring a car, we didnt as we just wanted to relax by the pool anyway. We were very grateful that a local guy took us into town now n again for a price. Could maybe do with a microwave to cook in the evening.

The owner is kind, but you can only communicate in Italian.

The accommodation is only suitable for summer time. Apartments are dark without windows.

"Great"

Property is beautiful well manicured. Rooms are modern, large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent. In my twelve years traveling in Italy this was the best property we stayed at. You need a car, but it is only minutes from Anzio and Nettuno. Host and staff great.

The place was amazing Massimo was so helpful and kind . The rooms were large very clean .the gardens and pool area were fabulous and we had a lovely relaxing stay .

It was just a little out of town however Massimo organised taxis for us who were efficient
