Great location, big apartment, natural light, biiiig balcony, well equipped kitchen. The bed is big and comfy. The livingrooom spacious

The bathroom definitely needs some work. At least change the shower hose. Lacking in minimum toiletries like hand soap & dish detergent. Overall it might benefit form a deep clean every once in a while.
