Sem dúvida que a relação qualidade preço é fantástica e óptima localização, a 5 minutos a pé da praia miami beach. O anfitrião também é muito simpático.

A única coisa que não gostei foi a limpeza, quando abrimos a porta do apartamento a primeira coisa que vimos foi meia bolacha em cima do sofá o que já é mau sinal. Quando entramos na casa de banho havia pequenas baratas que se enfiavam pelos buracos da parede e na segunda noite apareceu uma barata grande morta na cozinha 🫤

La fotos publicadas no se condecían con el apartamento y al llegar no estaba disponible para el ingreso a pesar que era mas tarde de la hora de check.in.

La atención de Pedro. Nos solucionó todo lo que pedimos y nos sacó las dudas que fueron apareciendo. Con cargo extra tiene traslado a aeropuerto. Excelente la pileta. Cocina muy bien equipada. Tiene equipo de playa para quien lo necesite. Y sobre todo la ubicación es inmejorable.

"Nice apartment good location"

The owner was really kind, he picked me up at the airport and he was always ready to help me. The apartment is close to some restaurants, shops in the beach. The apartment had everything we need and I really liked it.

Because I was on groundfloor it was pretty loud from the street.
