Great location and relatively clean

The property was a little rundown.

1) The elevator was not working and the apartment is on the third floor 2) They cancelled the reservation in Booking when I paid to the owner directly, therefore Booking didnt give me a bunch of credits I was owned. When I complained to Booking customer service, showing the receipt and the credit card receipt, they did NOTHING about it.

No me aloje, deje mis valijas temprano pero a la hora del check in Pedro me comunico que mi habitacion no estaba disponible ya que tenia un problema en las cañerias por lo que me ofrecia un alojamiento en la 56th por dos dias gratis y sin asegurarme que pasaria el resto de los dias de mi estadia. Hice el reclamo en booking al dia siguiente y booking directamente cancelo mi reserva, Pedro me pidio me retirara del alojamiento que me habia ofrecido y tuve que buscar un Airbnb que me salio mucho mas caro debido a la urgencia, ya que booking me dejo a libertad de buscar otra reserva en la app, pero no ofrecia nada que me complaciera sumado a que solo reconocia una diferencia de USD $5 (una burla). Es la segunda vez que reservo con booking en Miami y me recibe un argentino que me hace esto de no brindarme el alojamiento que reserve y hasta incluso el anterior llego a marcar como que yo no me presente, por eso mismo en esta ocasion hice mi reclamo a traves de la app.

The host is very kind, helpful and responsive and has gone out of his way to support anything I needed. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic close to everything you need in a short walk. Would definitely stay there again!

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Pedro excelente anfitrión!!! Ubicación cerca de todo playa, comercio y restaurantes, el departamento full equipado, todo lo necesario, incluso minimos detalles como toallas de baño y playa, en realidad no hay que traer nada.. la cocina completa como para quien quiera cocinar... 100% recomendable para los Chilenos que venimos a disfrutar!!!

Pedro, the manager of the property, is very nice and welcoming. The property is also located in a nice and safe position.

Our room did not look like what we booked at all. For example, the room did not have a parquet as shown and more generally, it was not as nice as shown in pictures. Very disappointing. The room also did have just a few furnitures we here we could store our clothes. The sofa bed was not like shown in pictures. Overall it was just a bad experience in terms of housing. Pictures were completely misleading and this is completely unacceptable. People should not be sold something that doesn’t actually exist.
