La ubicacion

Las FOTOS SON ENGAÑOSAS , son muchos departamentos distintos , uno alquila y te asignan el dto que ellos quieren Es decir , al llegar si tenes SUERTE , te toca LA FOTO DE RESERVA En nuestro caso era MUY DISTINTO A FOTOS , nos dieron un dto lúgubre , el edificio estaba en remodelación ( dato importante que NUNCA AVISARON) entonces estaba todo sucio , con mucho polvo en areas comunes, ascensor NO FUNCIONA ( tampoco se aviso con anterioridad) Por tal motivo lo reclamamos al hacer check inn automático y x whassap al solo abrir la puerta del dto ( NO HAY RECEPCION) dado que era muy distinto a lo alquilado y nos tuvimos que ir con mi flia y todas las valijas a las 20:30 hs a otro hotel distinto que alquilamos x booking

L'emplacement, proche de commerces restaurant et parking et Pedro très gentil et disponible quand on a eu besoin de lui. L'appartement est fonctionnel et sympa. Netflix disponible pour se connecter avec ses identifiants personnels. Très utile avec des enfants. Pedro nous a déposé à l'aéroport pour 35$ a 1h du matin. Très pratique surtout avec des enfants. Merci encore à Pedro pour tout.

Beaucoup de bruit (climatisation et bruits extérieurs) et travaux au moment de notre séjour. On s'habitue... Le sol n'était pas nettoyé, il y avait du sable dans la cabine de douche et dans l'appartement. Nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée (aspirateur disponible) Un rouleau de sopalin aurait été apprécié et plusieurs serviettes pour le visage également. (1 serviette de bain par personne mais 1 seule de visage et 1 seule pour les mains alors que nous étions 5).

The location was great! We were there for an event on the beach for the weekend, so it was easy to go back and forth.

Todo bien, el apartamento está bien para el precio que se abona. Quizás es chico para cuatro personas. Tener en cuenta que el acceso es por escalera

The apartment is in a great location, and the host is very friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end... Overall, it's clean, but there are some caveats.

The faucet in the shower was leaking, and water was dripping constantly; the host promised to fix it. The air conditioners are very noisy; it’s impossible to sleep. On top of that, I got sick after two nights... It was generally clean, but the sofas clearly need a thorough cleaning. There’s absolutely no space in the bathroom for personal items, and nowhere to hang towels to dry.
