Hudson Apartments

Great location and host is very friendly! The apartment isn't luxurious but it's fair, everything in place. Beach towels and sun shade provided, which was great. Overall a good stay, good value for the price and the location, since you're at the heart of south beach.

The kitchen was lacking a bit: Microwave wasn't working and there was no dish soap. The apartment building was under construction so there was some noise.

Location was good

We had a very disappointing experience staying at these apartments in Miami. The condition of the apartment was far from acceptable when we moved in. Cleanliness was poor, several things looked damaged or not maintained properly, and overall the place did not match the expectations created by the listing. Honestly, we wanted to leave immediately after arriving. We contacted the property right away at around 1 AM, trying to resolve the situation, but received little to no real support. We spent until almost 5 AM trying to figure out what we were supposed to do and where we could stay instead. The only reason we did not leave immediately was because we were afraid we would not get our money back. In the end, we received a refund excluding the first night, but the entire experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and ruined part of our trip. We hope the management improves both the apartment conditions and customer service in the future, because in its current state we would not recommend staying here.

Die Lage war perfekt, Meer zu Fuss zu erreichen und diverse gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Die Bettstatt war vom Vorgänger gebrochen, wurde aber noch am gleichen Tag repariert und die Fenster konnten nicht arretiert werden, also keine Frischluftzufuhr.

L’emplacement était super, placé à côté , de la plage des restaurants et d’allées commerçantes pour faire du shopping ou courses alimentaires puis des transports en commun notamment de point de rencontre avec organisme pour activités

L’immeuble est en rénovation donc beaucoup de bruit du matin 8h au soir 21h30 L’insalubrité de l’appartement, moisissures dans la salle de bain, robinet qui fuyait, alèse du lit très sale , termites qui rongent le pied du lit en bois, mur délabré suite aux remplacement des fenêtres, beaucoup de poussière et d’allergie, nous étions 4 et un de mes enfants a dû dormir sur un sommier car seulement 2 matelas ( 1 lit double et 1 matelas simple ), les 2 premiers jours les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas mais ont été remplacées ( bonne réactivité du propriétaire)

De locatie van de accomodatie is ideaal. Alles is op loopafstand. Het appartement op zich is prima. Het wordt gerenoveerd. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Parkeren kan voor 20 dollar per dag. Vraag de host om de locatie. Lekker zwembadje erbij. Heerlijke koffie bij cubaton aan de overkant

Ze waren in het complex aan het verbouwen. Maar op zich hadden we daar niet veel last van. De renovatie van het appartement zelf was nog niet helemaal af. Maar alles wat we nodig hadden was er.

The location was very good and convenient, which was the best part of the stay! Very near to the beach and to Ocean Drive. Pedro is a very responsive and nice guy!

The property was not as described in the listing. There was no separate room, and instead of 2 beds as expected, there was only 1 bed and 1 sofa. The apartment was smaller than advertised, there was no hot water, and the elevator was out of order. On top of that, ongoing renovation works caused significant noise early in the morning, with several workers present, making the common areas, including the lobby and swimming pool, unpleasant and effectively unusable.
