Excellent place! Very clean, very tidy with all amenities included. Very close to Otranto. But the thing I liked most was the hospitality and communication of Antonio that even kindly upgraded my room free of charge. :)

We stayed here for a week in January and felt very welcomed by Daniela and her husband. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. 10/10!

Very helpful owners, beautiful location near the city of Otranto. Beautiful garden and very quiet neighborhood.

In winter, there is no place for a larger group of people to have dinner together. However, the problem does not occur in the summer, in front of the apartment there is a very comfortable and pleasant terrace with a large table.

Shower cabine very small and was problem with the water for the wc.

The place is very clean and nicely decorated, the terrace is beautiful, very close to Otranto but in a calm place. The bed was very confortable. We felt very well welcome.

The bathroom need renovation, shower is very small and it takes very long to fill in the wc water tank.

Property is a bit outside of the town center so if you have a car or bike it’ll be a 5 minute drive in. Daniela and Antonio were overly accommodating and super sweet!

Washing Machine was free to use, detergent was provided.

EDIT: Had to give 1/10 after reading Antonios answer, who could only insult me instead of adapting his behaviour. Very unprofessional and they only want to grow their business instead actually providing a good time for the tourists. Stay away and go to the nicer locals. Antonio and his wife are very persistent in having things go exactly as they want. Reading the other reviews and their answers you can see his corrective tone, blaming the tourists for not looking at the photos properly. The apartment complex really has only one nice apartment - the one advertised in the main photo - the other rooms are pretty small and have no terrace. We sat on the terrace accidentally and were told it does not belong to our apartment, that was an honest mistake. The beds and pillows are really uncomfortable. The bathroom has no ventilation and mold is growing on the shower wall and ceiling. The holiday experience of their customer is not their primary objective. After leaving I was contacted several times to leave a 10 review. The desperate pushing for a good booking.com listing overshadows any concern for their customers' holiday satisfaction. I would stay at a hotel/campsite down the street, where people with experience in service and friendliness work.

Not easy to find first time, but good location close to Otranto town and beaches. Easy parking on site.
