La disposizione delle stanze è ottima. Ottima anche la climatizzazione. Confortevoli i letti. La zona era silenziosa.

La porta del bagno non chiudeva bene, non siamo riusciti ad usare la macchinetta del caffè, la presa della ciabatta in cucina era mezza staccata. La zanzariera era da sistemare.

The host was amazing and very sweet. I had great communication with him. The family also owns a bar really close with great Italian bites and good prices. The apartment was really amazing, location couldn't be better, big apartment with two rooms just perfect for family- couldn't choose better. Clean, spacious and it has air condition in both rooms. Check in and check out was easy and hassle free. I definitely recommend. Great value for money

The only thing I can comment on is that the bathroom door doesn't close fully /at least without huge force.

The wall between the bedrooms is very thin. The bathroom door should be shaved down, so it actually swings. Some blankets were dirty.

Posizione centralissima, posteggio libero per noi quasi sempre disponibile, letti comodi, struttura carina e nuova. Condizionatore in ogni stanza buona pressione doccia, elettrodomestici nuovi .

Anche se cmq c'erano le spine contro le zanzare, la prima sera ci hanno punto perché nn le abbiamo usate. Doccia piccola e porta bagno un po' scassata .

The location, it is 5 min walking to the main square in Catania old center. The availability of the host and his family (the family owns a bar just next door, where we could also leave our backpacks after checkout. Thank you for this!

Bathroom was not in a good condition. Clean, but with the shower cabin way too small for an adult, the bathroom door just an improvised one, closing/opening with a bit of effort, no mosquito net at the windows (especially on the bathroom window, which needs to stay open because of the humidity). the main bed was not so comfortable, with very thin sheets.
