Great location, kind & polite hosts, interesting apartment disposition

Good price in a good location. Next to the house there is a bar owned by same people, where you can get a breakfast (capuccino 1.5e, croissant/arancini/pizza 1.5e). There are 2 solo beds, 1 big bed and 1 couch in the appartment.

There is only one window in the whole flat. The bathroom ia very small and there is a problem with closing the door.

The apartment is well-kept, to a high standard, everything you need is in the apartment and it is a good starting point to see all of Catania

Localization is perfect, very close to the center of the old town.

Church nearby is very noisy.

Wonderful service! Location! Ground floor apartment! Self-catering facilities! Air conditioning!

The twin bedroom doesn't have windows

Dear Owner, you need to provide a kettle for coffee and Trash Bin inside the room. 🇵🇭

- The apartmant was very spacious with two bedrooms - airconditioning worked well - was clean - the owner was very responsive on text messaging, before and during our stay (but also very rude and unhospitable).

- Before our stay at this accommodation, when we attempted to modify our reservation dates within the free cancellation period, Booking.com encountered difficulties in reaching the owner. When I personally contacted the owner, it took them approximately two weeks to confirm the date change, causing considerable uncertainty for our other plans. - The apartment does have (almost) no windows, which gave it the sensation of being in a storage room or a garage. (suffocating). Additionally, it was located on the ground floor. - There is no parking possible, parking in front of the apartment felt unsafe. So we paid a lot of money for parking it in a secured parking area further away from the apartment. - There were no ironing facilities, which was very odd. as well as limited toiletries in the bathroom. When we asked the owner he said the place is not a hotel and they do not provide these facilities. While it is written on their description here on booking.com that they do provide free toiletries and showering products. - The owner requested an additional fee for city tax, which seemed unusual since it wasn't initially included in the price we had prepaid through Booking.com - Personally, instead of staying at Catania, I recommend staying at Etna. Catania is very touristic and crowded. Nothing interesting than busy streets. - The beaches were all closed (we were there in beginning of Oct). - Owner was not hospitable or accommodating.

Seriously everything. Clean, large apartment, kitchen, AC in both bedrooms. Nice. And the location - 3 min walk to the old city center. And the owner runs a bar just round the corner! 😉 Also, excellent value!!! Would recommend to couples and/or families w/2 kids.
