The house was well furnished and in a good position to reach the beach.

If you look for a very quiet place during the school year, consider that there is a high school just in front. But it.s not so terrible.

The neighborhood is very good. Very convenient. Close to the port and walking distance to the restaurants and bars.

Excellent location, you're literally three minutes away from the most important bus stop in city port and the best ice cream on the island.

Usually we pretty much ignore other people complaints about "loud" beds and stuff like that, so we booked this place despite the reviews. This was clearly a mistake, as the bed in the place is probably the most SQUEEEEEKIEST bed we have ever encountered. Every move was accompanied with absolutely unbearable noise so sleeping was mostly impossible. But we think the more serious problem was the behavior of the owners, since they were entering the apartment and moving stuff around when we were not at the place without any notice (not for cleaning though, just the things in the apartment changed their location from time to time). When we confronted them, they said that they will come at some time, but they did not come, they came on the other day when we were not expecting them. Beside than that, the owner asked for the taxes twice, because the "girl" (as the owner wrote us) who entered our place and took the money from the kitchen table did not tell him. And finally, the check-out time was not between 10.30 and 11.00 as written on Booking, but it was 10.00, because, as the owner wrote us, he changed check-out time and he wrote that on the paper in front of your door and you should read it...

Everything is as in the picture, everything is close (bus stop, bakery, shop etc.) After reading the opinions I was worried but I had no need, the water for washing is always hot, instead of a kettle there is a pot in which I boil water for coffee. The bed, although it creaks with every movement, is comfortable. Clean and tidy. If you are not looking for "luxuries" this is the place for you but you have to be at least a little physically fit because there are a lot of stairs to climb to the first floor. The shower is small but sufficient
