L'ANGOLO DI SAN MICHELE

Firstly, the location of the apartment was excellent. Situated in a convenient area, we were within walking distance of many attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city without the need for transportation. Additionally, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, which is always a big plus when staying away from home. The simplicity of the apartment's design was also appreciated, as it provided a cozy and uncluttered space to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The basic but adequate facilities met our needs for a comfortable stay, allowing us to rest and recharge between our adventures in Trapani.

The lack of communication regarding the check-in process was frustrating and led to unnecessary confusion upon our arrival. Clearer instructions or better communication from the hosts would have greatly improved this aspect of our stay - particularly since we had previously messaged the host with our arrival time. Additionally, the inconvenience caused by the empty gas bottle was a significant issue. While we understand that maintenance issues can arise, the fact that the hosts were aware of the problem but unable to resolve it until the following day was disappointing. This effectively rendered the self-catering aspect of the apartment useless, as we were unable to cook meals during the start of our stay. The precarious installation on the new gas bottle meant we could only feel completely safe by closing the tap on the bottle when not in use. In conclusion, while the holiday apartment in Trapani had its merits, such as its prime location, cleanliness, and adequate facilities, the lack of communication and the gas bottle incident detracted from the overall experience. With better communication and prompt resolution of maintenance issues, this apartment could offer a much more satisfying stay for future guests.

It’s quiet load at night outside

Good location, close to the port, beach and old centre with many restaurants, but sometimes noisy (loud motorbikes below).

Squeaky bed with a very soft mattress, 1 small wardrobe for 3 persons, very small bathroom with a tiny shower (hard to turn around when inside).

Good location, nice & helpful hosts, apartment was very clean and well located.

Air conditioning not working properly and only cold water in the shower

The kitchen is not equipped enough to feel comfortable. There are no kitchen towels, sponges to wash dishes and even the gas stove is not working. Terrible!
