White Pearl Beach

Very bug proof and comfortable for a tent! Only so much you can expect from a tent but it did everything as it should. Perfect to crash in after Nest.

Emplacement parfait. Les matelas sont confortable et le ventilateur suffit pour ne pas avoir trop chaud la nuit.

amazing location, right on the beach and beside Nestival, as well as a short walk from the pier and shops. the restaurant beside the tents has really delicious food and it’s by far the cheapest and best quality food and drinks on longset beach. the staff are really friendly and kind. facilities are good considering it’s camping. overall good for a couple nights but wouldn’t recommend for long stays

the main issue was there was a storm one of the nights and we returned back to find all our stuff and the bed soaked through and tent full of water. upon further inspection, the tent was missing an entire bar and so rain was able to get in. floor of tent was shredded from general wear and tear so water got in that way as well. fan works however in the morning it just blows the warm air round the tent, so prepare for an early wake up from the heat. mattress quite firm also. water turns off at night i think so sometimes if returning late at night, no showers, toilets or taps working.

- beach front - away from the crowds so quiet and nicer vibe - heaps of beach chairs and tables - good good - really nice staff we had a drunk guy fall onto our tent and break it in the first night, the staff were so accommodating and moved us to a fresh unbroken tent!

- the toilets / showers got a bit dirty but just with sand or people from nestival using the toilets lol - keep in mind you are staying in a tent so it does get really hit in there during the day!

Cannot fault the location - right on the doorstep of the most beautiful part of the whole of Long Set Beach! Yes we got up for sunrise, yes it was lovely. The fan inside the tent was all you need overnight, but it does heat up as soon as the sun is up (no lounging in the tent during the day!). Oh and the restaurant linked to the tents is by far the cheapest on Long Set Beach 🙌

The bathrooms are very basic - wet room (toilet & shower in one) which, as you can imagine being on a beach, is always wet and always sandy. We were the furthest tent away too so it was a bit of a trek through the sand to get there. But it is camping after all
