"Great location but uncomfortable to sleep"

The location of this property is great!

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, despite looking quite new. To make matters worse, the sheet was the wrong size and didn't cover the entire mattress, which meant waking up directly on the sofa's upholstery – not pleasant at all.
