Great location, great host. Great AC and WiFi.

The water in the kitchen smells really bad. The laundry machine was also smells bad. The toilet wasn’t clean.

Местоположение отличное, хозяева хорошие, пошли навстречу нашим просьбам, всего достаточно для комфортного времяпровождения. Соотношение цена качество отличное.

Временами не было горячей воды и интернета.

It is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment unit in a great location, albeit one that a taxi won't be able to get too close to. The washing machine was welcome and the kitchen equipment seemed good had we needed to use it. It was comfortable and clean and we would definitely return.

Уютная квартира, для семьи с детьми удобно, все есть на кухне, стиральная машина. Пастельное, полотенца. Единственное, если едете на своей машине, то парковки рядом нет, как и в принципе в Тбилиси. Расположение в старом городе, пешком все рядом.

Отличные апартаменты, расположенные в старом городе рядом с площадью Ладо Гудиашвили. Прекрасное и тихое месторасположение, в шаговой доступности метро, остановки общественного транспорта, торговые центры, магазины и достопримечательности. Я остался очень доволен, рекомендую к заселению!

Great location in the middle of the old town, big apartment, huge bed, kitchen and washing machine.

The one good thing I can say about the host is that she’s responsive. However, she provided me no information on how to check-in (this place is more like an Airbnb), she assured me that the apartment would be ready by 2 pm but the maid hadn’t even started cleaning by 1:40 pm, there’s no detergent (the host scolded me that there wouldn’t be any even though there’s a washing machine because in her words this place “isn’t a hotel”), she said she’ll bring me some later but she never did, the AC and one of the TV remote’s batteries were dead, she was writing me later that she needed her payment in cash which was never communicated to me and while she was kind enough to account for the ATM withdrawal fees when calculating the payment, she came after I went to sleep in the middle of the night to collect it. This place is fine enough if you’re staying for a night or two but since I was here for nearly a week it was full of minor inconveniences that started to add up due to the host’s incompetence.
