Be aware there are two appartements, a small and a big one, both are fine but it’s not clear which one you are booking from the pictures. The oven wasn’t working and they weren’t able to fix it in the 5 days we were staying there

The place is cosy, nice, and quiet. Feels like home and just enough for a small family of four. The neighborhood has a country side feel, not too hilly, and feels safe. It is walking-distance close to most of the tourist spots in Tbilisi. It has its own entrance. The place is at the end of an alley and about a minute walk to the Gudiashvili Square, where there are bars and restaurants and some gigs at the square on weekend nights. Nearest Spar, a 24-hour convenience store, is about a 3-minute walk. A 5-minute walk to Tbilisi Pushkin Square. It has an internet tv.

It has no dining table, just a dining counter table. It has no toaster, but has a microwave. It has no dryer, just the washing machine.

It is pretty cozy, location is perfect, has all the necessities

The bathroom is really small and if you take a shower all floor would be in water, so you need to wait for it to go away

The location is very close to the old city and Liberty square. The owner is very nice, communicative and supportive.

Self contained property. Good communication from the owner and responded very quickly to messages.

Unfortunately I had a few issues while I was here and was made to move rooms due to an error in room allocation which was frustrating, but was given a discount

The fridge was unclean and the back wall of it is completely iced. There was broken glass on the floor when I arrived. The blanket on the bed was smudgy. The bed madress is saggy, making sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom is completely wet any time you use the shower and there is water leaking from behind the toilet when you flush. The bathroom shelf on the wall hasn't been cleaned for ages. Many coat hangers were broken. There was an iron but no ironing table. There was a maching machine but to clothing rack. The space between the wall and the bed was dirty. I could go on.

Great location and central to the heart of Tbilisi. Very clean flat.

The check in procedure was very confusing and should be improved. I was not told there was a lockbox until very late in the process. There was a woman there who did not speak English and just quickly passed a phone to me to the owner who spoke English but was very short with me and not welcoming. This would be a better place to stay if you are a Russian speaker. Also the flat is very dark since it is a first floor unit. There should be curtains in front of the window for privacy reasons since it looks right out to the street.

Location is great, lots of bars and restaurants. The host was helpful. The kitchen has an oven which mean I can warm up my croissant in the morning, amazing!

The bedroom and kitchen have no windows so it was a bit dark and cold. Wifi does not work in the bedroom and the reception was bad so I had no internet at all in the bedroom. The road leading to the apartment is not well maintained it was difficult for luggage.
