Great for our one night stay. Had all of the kitchenware we needed to cook our dinner and breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood and very clean house. Would definately stay here again.

The email containing the PIN code for the lockbox came after our check in time. Lockbox was sticky, however the host was very prompt in resolving this for us. There was no check out instructions either

The house was spacious

The driveway, it was a bit of a pain when I came to getting out especially when other people parked in spots that appeared to not be car spaces.

Beds are super comfortable.

Broken TV remote on arrival ( obviously broken for a while as they had been signing in with there phones) Toilet plumbing on the blink. Rubbish on site, not put out in a while. Back yard lawns need a mow, walls and windows dirty and broken outdoor furniture etc. No teas or coffee.

"BEWARE DO NOT USE - DECEPTIVE"

Host concealed a public health warning that the property was on a boil only no drinking water order. Host refused to cancel booking or refund even though we had Immune compromised disabled children. We would not book this property again. Booking.com were unhelpful and agreed it was not reasonable but said the Host gets to choose if it's refunded. Booking was not as advertised. Failing to notify me in advance of booking of the current warning is a deceptive practice. Warnings were in place the day before i booked and he did not update his listing. Refusing to refund is not consistent with the law or fair trading act. This booking should have been refunded in full when we cancelled once our phones alerted us. Host was slow to respond and awful to deal with. BEWARE!

A warm welcoming hospitality. It’s such a lovely and comfortable place to stay! The house is clean and tidy , and the beds and pellows are super comfortable. It's worthy to stay in this wonderful accommodation.

The cleanliness and tidiness of the house was exceptional, the size of the master room with ensuite and walk in wardrobe was amazing, Would definitely book again

Property was extremely hard to find on google maps, the maps stop you before even getting to the house. The lock box needs to be replaced as it was broken, needed yard maintenance, bath didn’t keep the water in when plug was down.
